- Section 3.6.E.b [Building Setbacks – Accessory Building] to permit an interior side yard of 0.0m where the minimum required is 0.6m, a variance of 0.6m.
Section 5.20.A [Additional Setback & Encroachment Considerations] to allow a Retaining Wall over 1.0 metres in height to project through the side yard setbacks and within 30.0 metres of an Escarpment.
