• Section 3.10.F [Building and Placement Standards, Miscellaneous, Site Coverage] to permit a 100% Site Coverage where the maximum allowed is 50%, a variance of 50% Site Coverage.
• All standards within Section 3.10.H [Landscaping & Buffering Standards] to permit the temporary outdoor storage use.
• All standards within Section 3.10.I [Active Transportation & Vehicular Circulation Standards] to permit the temporary outdoor storage use.
• All standards within Section 3.10.J [Bicycle & Vehicle Parking Standards] to permit the temporary outdoor storage use.
• All standards within Section 3.10.K [Loading Standards] to permit the temporary outdoor storage use.
• All standards within Section 3.10.M [Additional Standards] to permit the temporary outdoor storage use.
